  • When viewing your items choose the date and time you wish to rent them. Just add them to your cart. When you checkout you can  choose whether you want the items delivered or you are going to pick them up and return them. Please note that not all of our items are eligible for customer pick up. After you complete checkout we will contact you to confirm delivery and check out details.

  • All of our rental items are available for delivery but not all of our rental items are available for pick up. This is noted at the bottom of each of our item descriptions. For most of our larger items like our mobile bars, free delivery/pick up (within 35 miles of Alamosa, CO) is included in the rental price. Rental item(s) totaling less than $350 are not eligible for free delivery. We have multiple locations where our items are stored including Blanca, Alamosa and Del Norte. After you book items we will contact you to confirm the scheduling/method you choose and location for such.

    We will communicate with you after you place your order to clarify and confirm delivery and pick up details. Timed arrivals, late night deliveries/pick ups, and holiday dates will be discussed after booking to ensure we can accommodate your needs. Locations with rough unmaintained roads will incur additional expense. Delivery includes a final destination for rental items/s that is not further than 100ft from our parked truck, with no stairs, rough terrain, or elevation gains/changes. If your location does not meet this criteria we can discuss solutions with you.

  • The renter is responsible for repair and/or replacement costs of the property, if the property is lost, damaged, or stolen while in renter’s possession. The cost of repair and/or replacement is at the sole discretion of RGR (Rio Grande Rentals Ltd), and will be billed as a separate invoice issued to renter.

    We will evaluate damage to rental item(s) and necessary repairs or replacement will be assessed. This may not happen promptly as it may be necessary to get third party or manufacturer assistance in estimating repairs/replacement. If damage is not discovered to an item upon immediate return, and this damage was not disclosed, the renter will still be held liable.

    Items that can be repaired or touched up will be invoiced to the renter at the necessary cost to do so, and the renter’s credit/debit card on file will be billed. Items that are damaged beyond repair and considered a total loss are required to be replaced at full cost by the renter, and RGR holds the right to bill the renters credit/debit card on file for such. Our procedure is to have the manufacturer of the item send us the invoice/quote for the item (including shipping), which we will then forward to the renter. In the event that RGR (Rio Grande Rentals, Ltd) is the manufacturer, as in the case of some of our mobile bars and other items, we will compose a replacement invoice to send to the renter. We will always reach out to communicate with the renter in a professional manner to try and collect payment but if payment is refused or we cannot contact the renter we will bill the credit/debit card we have on file. If necessary we hold the right to achieve collections through legal action.

    Charges will be added for property requiring cleaning upon return, except to the extent that the cleaning results from normal & customary use. All china, silverware, hollowware, bowls and glasses, should be scraped, food free, and repackaged in the same

    containers as delivered. All linens should be refuse free and dry to prevent mildew and staining. Linens that have excessive staining that are unable to be removed by laundry service are considered damaged beyond repair and will be invoiced/billed to the renter. Additional charges will be assessed if any china and/or other food service items are returned that are not reasonably scraped and food-free.

  • To secure a reservation for property rentals and/or services listed in your shopping cart or on your quote/bid, full payment is necessary. Charges and deposits are (a) non-refundable on or within (7) days of delivery/pickup date, (b) 50% refundable within (30) days of delivery/pickup rental date with notice, (c) 100% refundable within (90) days of delivery/pickup date with notice.

  • For delivered rental items, the final destination must not be further than 100ft from our parked truck, with no stairs, rough terrain, or elevation gains/changes. If your location does not meet this criteria we can discuss solutions with you. You are in charge of setting up your own items and décor, however we will help you to get started. For example we will instruct you how to string together marquee lights and we will show you how to use our mobile bars and beer taps ect. We will show you how to use electronics like the JBL Party Box, or concessions like the popcorn machine, but delivery does not include us moving around and arranging items to set up your event for you. If you need us to help with a more specific set up, we will be happy to discuss this with you and determine the service fee for such.

    MOBILE BARS

    Our mobile bars are delivered with our custom trailers and offloaded at your venue. They can be moved to a specific location at your event provided the terrain and/or elevation gains are not too rough to roll/transport them. Once we park them in your chosen location we cannot come back and move them so it is important that you decide where you want them before we show up for delivery.

    TABLE AND CHAIRS

    Most of the time our customers set up their own tables and chairs and we just deliver them. However, we can arrange your tables and chairs for you in a professional manner utilizing industry standards for chair and row spacing, table seating, ect. This will require an additional service fee that can be discussed with you and is ultimately determined based on the size of your event and rental order.

We recently used Rio Grande Rental's for a graduation party for my daughter. The horse trailer bar is awesome!  The delivery and setup were smooth, and James and Cindy are very professional. The party was a huge success! Thanks so much!
